My Experience

Richard has over 30 years of experience in property valuations. He has worked extensively in Auckland gaining huge experience over both the residential and commercial marketplaces. After gaining his associate status with ANZIV in 1980 Richard moved onto private practise specialising in residential and industrial properties.

From 1990 to 2014 he operated as a contractor for the Valuation sector of the Crockers Group of Companies.  There he was engaged in all sectors of the property market from residential valuations, rent reviews, asset valuation, compensation, matrimonial, nominee company and commercial valuation works.

In 2014 Richard and his wife decided it was time to leave Auckland and pursue their dream of living in Otago.  Richard worked at APL Property in Queenstown leaving in early 2017.  In Queenstown he was mainly involved with residential property valuations, from new builds, vacant land, mortgage top ups, home purchasing to central city negotiation, leaky building valuation reporting and court representation for local authority and local authority asset management.
